Within ASAŞ’s integrated aluminum profile production plants, built on a total area of 270,000 m² (130,000 m² enclosed), ASAŞ serves to provide the best for its customers in terms of price/performance by reducing supply chain steps, in line with project requirements.
Billet Production
Thanks to the ultrasonic test unit integrated into the production line, produced aluminum billets are %100 controlled and transferred to the Extrusion Plant.
Extrusion Die Production
Our expertized Extrusion Die Design and Development Team provides technical support in profile design and product development in line with project expectations.
Extrusion
In our extrusion plants with cutting edge technology, support is given by our experts for any requested special designs, and profiles with precise tolerances are produced in line with strict international quality standards.
Anodic Oxidation
High quality anodized aluminum profile and accessories are produced with exceptional quality in our factory which owns one of the highest capacity anodizing facility in the world with cutting edge technology inside the same premises.
